I got this a few days ago and tried it on my boyfriend. He is always sore from working out hard since he is trying to bulk up. He LOVED me using it on him. It essentially goes deep in your muscle tissue when you push hard and roll it down someones back. He loved the way it feels like a deep tissue massage, and I love that I don't have to work my hands to the bone trying to rub him deeply. This is a great product!
