I
have a hard time getting enough sleep just because I am too wired at
night to really fall asleep. I started taking these a few weeks ago and
they really do help. I take two at night and within about 30 min I
fall right asleep. The reason I gave it 4 stars how ever is because the
pills are really large and its hard for me to swallow them. I received
this item at a discount. My review and opinions are 100% honest and
genuine.
