Concentrated and by itself this essential oil is extremely strong, but once it is put into a body scrub or a diffuser it smells great! I really love UpNatures essential oil, I had been given the peppermint essential oil to try a while ago and I still have so much of it despite the fact that I have used it in so many ways because it's a huge bottle. Their essential oils are definitely worth the investment because it will be in your house for a long time. Love love love this Cinnamon Leaf essential oil!
